However, all or part of the Services may be temporarily suspended for special reasons, including system maintenance, replacement of communication equipment, or natural disasters.
  3. Use of the Services over a network may incur data charges under the policies of the member's mobile carrier. In particular, overseas roaming may result in excessive additional charges. The Company is not responsible for charges incurred in this connection.
  4. The Company may change the Services for operational or technical reasons. The nature and availability date of the changes are announced in advance using the methods specified in Article 10. However, notice may be given afterward where unavoidable circumstances prevent advance notice or the matter is not significant.

  4. The Company is not liable for consequences such as physical or mental harm resulting from a member's reliance on information provided through the Services or decisions based on it, unless the Company acted intentionally or negligently.

Article 7 (Changes to and Suspension of the Services)

  1. All or part of the Services may be temporarily restricted or suspended due to system maintenance, replacement of communication equipment, war, civil unrest, power outages, or comparable national emergencies or the risk of such emergencies, or suspension of telecommunications services by a facilities-based telecommunications provider under the Telecommunications Business Act.
  2. If the content of the Services changes, the Company may change the services to be provided under contracts entered into in the future. The Company notifies members of the changed content and effective date using the methods specified in Article 10.
  3. When restricting or suspending use of the Services, the Company may do so after notifying members of the reasons, restriction period, scheduled date and time, and other relevant details using the methods specified in Article 10.

  6. The Company is not liable for consequences arising from changes, suspension, or termination of the Services under this Article unless it acted intentionally or negligently. However, the Fitrus Paid Services and Device Transaction Terms and applicable laws take precedence regarding compensation, refunds, and other customer rights arising from changes, suspension, or termination of Paid Services or Device Transactions.

Article 8 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

The Service Agreement is formed in the following circumstances:

  1. A person wishing to become a member applies for membership by entering member information in the form prescribed by the Company and expressing consent to these Terms, and the Service Agreement is formed when the Company accepts the application.
  2. Users may register through ordinary registration using an email address or mobile telephone number or through social login. The available registration methods may vary depending on the operating system.
  3. Users enter their name and nickname when registering. The Company may automatically use the entered name as the initial nickname, and the user may change the nickname during registration or on the member information management screen. 2. The applicant previously lost membership under these Terms, unless the Company has approved re-registration.
    3. The applicant uses another person's identity without authorization.

The Company processes the request without delay in accordance with applicable laws. However, these Terms continue to apply where performance of an existing contract is necessary.
  2. Even if a member requests membership withdrawal while holding a valid Paid Service subscription or device contract, withdrawal alone does not terminate that contract or the obligation to pay overdue or remaining amounts. Contract termination and settlement are governed by the Fitrus Paid Services and Device Transaction Terms and the Customer Acknowledgments, and the Company explains this to the member before withdrawal.
  3. Upon membership withdrawal, the member's personal information is deleted immediately upon termination, except for information necessary to perform or settle a valid Paid Service subscription or device contract, information subject to retention under applicable laws, and information requiring retention under the Privacy Policy. Information retained by the Company is used only within the scope of contract performance, settlement, or statutory retention purposes.

  3. If a member becomes aware that their ID or password has been misappropriated or is being used by a third party, the member must immediately notify the Company and follow its instructions. The Company is not responsible for disadvantages arising from failure to notify it or failure to follow its instructions after notification.
